We started the year with our volunteers re-editing some of the earlier shot videos. Nicolo prepared a video about the activities of the Bakcsó Association and Hannah prepared a Debrecen Tour video.

Our Association has been active in the European Voluntary Service since 2006. Through these years we gained a lot of experience, so many organizations ask for our help concerning the program. As most of these questions are about the insurance, we prepared video tutorials that help volunteers and organizations with the administration of the insurance.

Parallel to this we prepared informative video stories – some of them including 3D animations – about the city centre and the local NGO life of Debrecen.

In May we participated at the International Event organised by the University of Debrecen. We even prepared a short video about it.

Two of the new volunteers prepared videos – as part of their practice – on a day that was organised for bikers in June and we filmed and edited introductory videos for the volunteers who went abroad with EVS.

In July we filmed at the India Festival of Debrecen that was organized by Padmini Dance Group. In August we ran a photography and video training for youngsters in the village of Nyirtass.

In September – as the new school year began – we joined a project in Hajduhadház ran by Életfa Association. As part of this program roma and non-roma youngsters participated at community building activities, got experience in teamwork and implemented youth initiatives.

The end of the year was dedicated to post-production of former videos and animation works and we focused on learning new techniques too.
